someone from TDS called me back! "Sam" said that they found a "problem with the port" on Metrocom's end and are "working to resolve the issue".

my perpetual problem is that someone keeps overwriting my profile. "jason" says that it's someone with a (dns?) number that's close to mine. I call and they rewrite my profile, disabling this other person's access, this other person calls and they rewrite their profile, disabling mine. if it's you and I, that would be weird.
well, they "said" it's working, but i had kurt try it finally.. and it's not. i have a feeling tds and i will be spending quite some time on the phone together. my problem seemed to start either last sunday or monday (the 23rd-24th).

I can't remember exactly, but I think it was about a week and a half ago. we'll see, if I get home and it's down again we might be on to something...
