a paid-off student loan, a paid-off car loan.

i'd buy kurt a recordable dvd player for watching taped shows.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
i prolly owe mom some money. i'd give what i'd consider to be substantial to any battered women's and homeless shelters in town.
5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
with what's left, i'd surely invest what i didn't use for a downpayment on a house. i'd have to get joe's help with that. he's good with the moola.

1. Who do you call first? hmm.. no one.. considering it would only amount to about 600k after taxes.. i might consider calling a real estate agent.
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself? dinner, at this exquisite sushi place which i cannot currently afford.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else? dinner, a handsome campanion for sushi and sake.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom? of course, i'd give some fun money to my immediate family, maybe take a couple of friends on vacation..
5. Do you invest any? If so, how? yes, i would invest in two modest properties.
