late night shenanigans
being an old lady, it's hard for me to stay out past dark. last night, i managed to stay at the tavern til 1:30 while enjoying the tunes of my friend bob's band, pupy costello and his big city honkeytonks and another acquaintance's band who did covers of traditional american wedding songs. it was fun and now i can't hear so well. i'm awake too early, and already had a poached egg and toast. now i think i need a nap.
