panic update
in case anyone was wondering, i've been panic attack free since about the first weekend of october. the bee pollen, even if psychosomatic, works well. it's not even expensive. i can get 2 months worth at the coop for about $3. this leads me to believe that it was work related, since things have settled down, for the most part. however, next year is looking more like this year; so i have to prepare for that.
