ugh
i'm home from work today. i bent over to throw the hair trap in the drain before this am's shower and made something bad happen in my back. i thought it was okay until i tried taking jones on his morning walk and i could hardly make it down the stairs.
lying down didn't help cuz it just made it harder to get up 45 minutes later. and the aleve isn't touching it. all i can do is sit sorta hunched over with bad posture.
