we're back!
two nights in a slightly depressing, gambling town is enough for me. i lost less than i had planned; luckily, the 9:1 chlorine to water ratio in the stupid pool got in my nose and now my sinuses are burned and shriveling and i couldn't breathe last night, so i didn't go back to the boat. i stayed in the room after dinner and watched three hours of cops.
the hotel's "hi-speed wireless" didn't work and i didn't feel like talking to a help desk. the hot tub was nice; last year's hotel stay was slightly nicer. and only $20 more with a much better view.
