random update
last night i dreamed that someone sanded and restained our stairs and they looked really nice.
the lady who sat next to me at breakfast was really weird. she read the newspaper to her husband two stools away (their child was between them) and said "we oughta send that effin bush over there and see how he likes it. buncha bullsh*t." and her fake nails were over the top. she read the paper with this terrible scowl. i hope she has a better afternoon. also, her daughter's toast was "dripping with butter. it's a little much." so she asked for another order of toast.
i wonder if they charged her for it.
today is the annual lutefisk dinner in barneveld. i'm gramma's only grandchild who cares to eat it with any regularity.. also, i'm bringing along a couple plaques that i made two years ago to see if anyone wants them. it was a favorite as a child at the summer trailer in prairie du chein.
